The coming of Christ you don’t know

The coming of Christ you don’t know

We all know about the coming of Christ, but there is more to it, that meets the eye these days….

Young people die every day at a very young age and due to various reasons we can and can’t explain, if at all you don’t know any young person that has died below the age of 50, at least in the past three years you know of famous celebrities, that have passed on in a tragic way that are about or below the age of 50 (GOD has promised us we would live up to 70)…………
When we die, we are meant to be in heaven and how we live our lives down here will be attained too. (This only applies to Christians, non-Christians go straight to hell)

People who die at a young age get to see Christ at an unexpected time, they believed that they had much time on earth to live their lives and act as they want to. They never knew they were going to see Christ so soon and they were not prepared for the place they were going to “Heaven”
Nobody plans to die young, likewise our beloved ones that have passed on, in all we do lets all be prepared for the UNEXPECTED MEETING OF CHRIST

YOU MAY BE THE ONE GOING OR HE MAY BE THE ONE COMING

Virginity where did we keep it?!

Virginity where did we keep it?!!!

Virginity is a very sensitive word for individuals, some people just laugh at it because they have lost it or they don’t really take it serious, some consider it as no big deal, but deep down in the minds of everyone it really means something, especially when we are sober, is it still worth keeping? We think of how we lost it? Why we lost it? The moment when we lost it was it worth it? Was the person we gave it up to worth it? People put their conscience to rest because of one phrase “EVERYBODY IS DOING IT”, I asked a young girl what virginity meant to her and she insulted me right there and then, Inever knew it was a sensitive issue for everyone.

I was in a lecture way back in school when a lecturer was talking about trees, he said trees are like girls, a forest that has not been touched at all is called a virgin forest, while a forest that has been touched is called a secondary forest, and they keep on going in there without no stop taking it down, it becomes a degraded forest, and there is still an incessant cutting down of trees from this forest it eventually become a desert, well all the guys were laughing, I was trying to find out the kind of look the girls were wearing, they looked like someone was narrating their darkest secret which they were ashamed of, the man’s explanation was so funny to me, I took out my phone and I started recording the big joke and a girl from behind hit me and said ‘’why are you trying to record it?” this just proved how not so funny it was to some people.

Virginity used to be real stuff back then, where parents hammered down on it and teens took it more seriously when I mean back then I mean my great grandparents back then!! But now it’s just something the movies have made to look like it’s just mare emotions, we’re in love or we’re just attracted to one another so what the heck let’s just do it

I remember while I was growing up there were some meals I just hated and some I can’t just go a day without them, it always seemed like the meals I hated seem to be the only thing that will keep me alive, and my beloved mother will force me to eat them. I always wish I could eat all the sweets, snacks and meals I wanted every day, but they tend not to be nutritional at all, but I did everything within my feeble power not to eat these undesirable dishes, Iwaste time to avoid my horrible breakfast, skip the unwanted lunches, throw away the tasteless dinner and I always snick and hide to have my delicious delicacies when they are not provided. You need to hear the sermon about my meals when I was ill, my mum made it seem as if I was sick because I refused to eat the dishes she wanted me to eat, that if I had being eating them I would not be sick, she makes me feel, all the food I like eating were just over rated! True or false I don’t know?! It’s the same for sex, being a youth you get the sex talk that abstinence is best but we think we know best and engage ourselves in strange endeavors, well we will live with results of our escapades whether good or bad.

In the Yoruba culture in the olden times, it was a big deal to find out whether the girl to be married to is a virgin or not, the girl will be checked and if she passes the exam a full box of matches will be sent to the family of the girl, if not the box of match will be half full. The weather has changed now we have what we call “Global warming”, so did human practices in some Yoruba homes, a wife to be must be pregnant before she gets married, they all treat virginity like it’s some vintage practice.

Growing up I learnt there was HIV around, that it spreads like wild fire and it kills people, so there were Ads about how to prevent it which was abstinence, later as time passed and they figured it wasn’t working, condoms were being advertised, it seemed to work well they figured out that everyone likes to do it now and everyone likes to do with anyone they can find, the Ads were now begging everyone to just stick to one partner.

Now the way to prevent the contraction of this deadly virus and its cousins STDs these days is to use the G unit “condom”, because according to what is happening these days we might want to do it whenever, wherever and with whomever we can do it with, you may not really love the person or even know the person for that matter anything can happen, and my guys will always take all necessary steps to play safe, they keep their little shot-gun anywhere it can be kept just for the rainy day.

A freshman came to visit me and after the visit, I was escorting her home and we met a good friend of ours Chris and his girlfriend, we were all talking and playing, the freshman tried to tickle me and I jumped at it, she found out that I was very ticklish then she said that one of our very good friends told her that am a virgin, I just smiled all of a sudden Chris’s girlfriend jumped to my defense knowing that it was true, said “oh no! He is not a virgin”, that am not a virgin at all!! she went on to say it’s a great pride for a girl to be a virgin but it’s certainly not good for a guy to be one, and I just marveled at this sayings, actually this was not the first time I was hearing that “it’s not good for a guy not to be a virgin”, what I wonder about is the fact that it’s pride for girls to keep their virginity, and it’s not for guys to keep it but what happens to the girls the guys lose their virginity to, or have sex with, they have nothing to be proud about!!

There is nothing as complicated as sex, for guys and girls,  apart from the unwanted results like HIV and pregnancy, some people fell cheapened, like they have being devalued, they feel less a human, for any human at all if they have to walk in in a room full of people and they find out they have spent a night with at least twenty people in the room, they feel less than garbage, for some people they think this only applies to girls alone that guys take pride in it well I don’t think so. Back in school I was walking with a couple of friends and one of the guys wanted to pee, so he walked some distance from us and turned to the bush and said he didn’t want any of us to see his stuff, we know him for sleeping around with the next available thing, we called him public toilet that his stuff has seen by everyone so what is there to hide.

Parents usually flair up when their kids tend to reach that age, when they could start dating, they are not really worried about the fact that their kids are dating but the fact that they could start having sex, just to imagine their little one engaging in something they really need to matured for, taunts them like night mares, they try the sex talk, and encourage they save sex till marriage which they know they won’t because they themselves as parents didn’t, so they a times say they should have sex with someone they truly love, and always play safe. The save sex till marriage thing is beginning to dwindle from generation to generation because of so many countless reasons, some people just don’t believe in it , for some it just happen that they were too in love they didn’t know how they lost it, some claim they had to have sex to keep their beloved one, for some it was something they couldn’t control, a force that took charge of the situation that one could not fight against then and there and the reasons just go on and on, well for any critic there is one thing they will always say YOU HAD A CHOICE!!!

The things that happen in one’s life tends to happen according to one word ‘’principle’’, some people want to be rich, some just want a comfortable life, some want to visit all the parts of the world, some want to get married while some don’t want to, some want children and some don’t want any at all, this life we live is governed by principles. Growing up as individuals we all had some basic principles about life and the choices we planned on making in it, well the laws we laid down for our lives do not really cover all areas, but some people made up their minds on what to do and what not to do about sex, some planned on saving it till marriage and lost it along the way, some just planned on having it with the one they love the most and so many more unexplainable reasons, while some still had virginity with them and gave it all up in marriage because they had made up their mind on what they wanted and they chased it till the very end.

Decision making tends to be one of the hardest thing in a human’s life, we tend to find ourselves at tight corners atall times, especially when it comes to the ones that will change our lives forever, a decision one must not take the wrong turn, to me when making a decision I always consider one thing, that when am in my 80s, 90s, or even more than these age ranges, that what will I say I  made of my life and its choices, all I just want to do at that age is to smile and say to myself not minding what anybody thinks of me is “you did the right thing man” with no regret.

you cannot blame your parents for the life that you have, they were supposed to give you one thing and one thing only life and it’s what you make out of it that counts, and not what they did or didn’t do stop blaming anybody for the happenings in your life it’s yours not mine there’s only one person that can ruin it for you and that’s you!!

Check --------   Virginity Where did we keep it??!!!

A Few Seconds Left........

A few Seconds Left………

A survey was taken a few years ago, and a question was asked would anybody like to know when they will die, most people did not want to know while others just wanted to know, well the truth is nobody wants to know when they will eventually kick the bucket, we all want to imagine we have all the time in the world to ourselves, actually we don’t, when you get to have a conversation with an elderly person you will learn that life is short, you will probably wonder and ask yourself but this person had about 70 years to live and he says life is too short?  It’s really short when you had a lot of time on your hands and the only things you achieved were but a few things.

Everyone remembers that terrible earthquake that hit Haiti, and all the donations that was made to help the citizens of that country to regain their lives, the donation that caught my eye was that of a little girl she was able to donate N90,000 ($600), and everyone was surprised, well I was also surprised, the thing that crossed my mind was if this little girl who was less than 12 dies now she would be remembered for  her ability to do something great when we think of it as impossible, then I began to wonder what if I die now and am a decade older, what great thing will everyone around me remember me for apart from my human qualities, was I able to do anything remarkable that will cross their minds? Well I wonder about the people I know, what about the people I don’t know? Will this just be foot prints on the shores of the beach, and no trace at all can be made to the fact that I was once here! I have to do something out of the ordinary to make sure these prints stay on this beach or else I have just been a waste of space on this planet!

Have you lived on this planet for at least a decade and a half, that, means you can count up to five people that you know, that have died before the age of fifty, whether the death was natural, or the person had an unforeseen event that lead to his/her death, we can all make that count. Does this prove that the time we have to live in this round ball called earth is getting shorter? Yes it is! And what can do we have to say for this short time we have on this planet? The psalmist says “the life of man is like a fleeting breath”.  Let’s all make haste while the sun shines, because when the night time comes we can’t but work no more, opportunities for us to achieve some remarkable things in life do not last forever. I’m not saying we’re all going to die soon. Its quite scary, but the death of anyyone around takes us by surprise, and all we have to say about their lives if we were to write a book about them will just be a paragraph.

We are meant to go to school in the early part of our lives, after this process we are equipped to achieve greatness in our lives. In school we get educated, we are laying a solid for foundation for our lives, in school we learn to read the map of life, we learn how to use the tools we are provided with, like how to manage our talents, how to get some skills and sharpen them, with this and more training in any school we find ourselves in the world, we will be empowered to get on with life, be self-dependent and achieve greatness no matter how little.

People tend to think that they have attained success, by accumulating the things of life, we all tend to take the wrong turn on the road of life by chasing the two “Fs” fame and fortune, we all think that when we achieve these two or at least one of them, fortune, we think we have reached that perfect place, where we can say we have achieve greatness. So many rich people have died and have not made any positive impact in the lives of anyone around, they failed to develop themselves or try to go an extra mile in doing something remarkable, because they think they have accumulated wealth and they feel they do not have to go further, people fail to realize that getting fame and fortune to one’s self  is not reaching the finish line, but it’s just being equipped to start a race in life to achieve a whole lot” to whom much is given much is expected”.

We may not have the opportunity to do anything extraordinary like save the world, create something remarkable like a new technology gadget or social network, we may not be really talented to act or sing but we should learn to do what we do very well and at most at our very best.

South Africa Backbone of Nigeria

South African the Back-bone of Nigeria

In the year 2001 MTN came into Nigeria being the first mobile phone network in Nigeria, which encouraged other mobile phone service providers to come into the country. Over the years the services of MTN have being of  average performance which comes with a high price (which cannot be taken in other countries) they gained 42million users over the past 11 years and making a lot of profit from us (and giving back so little to us).
The wacky internet service that we all depend on from Blackberry phones to computers,
MTN connects over 42 million Nigerians everyday including politicians and all office holders, business owners and their customers, Doctors to patients, loved ones in distant villages and so on.

Let’s all imagine if for one day MTN has a system shutdown in Nigeria, the paralyzing effect it will have on the economy and its people, it will be …………

All we really had to watch on T.V was NTA, until cable came into the country which was first introduced by DSTV and other cable providers followed suit. The effect of cable in the economy was positive; one could get updates of the outside world and watch what one wants to watch all day and all night at an exorbitant price.

Some Nigerian stations rely on some Dstv stations for their international NEWS coverage, Dstv Entertainment channels  provide music lovers with the latest music, people who love to get the latest gist about any and every thing about the entertainment world at anytime..

The love for sport got encouraged and increased by the number of channels dedicated to sport for sport lovers. Nigerians used this to create viewing centers for sport loving fans who could not afford to watch the match in their home alone or who could not afford it at all

Now let’s imagine if we send Dstv packing the ripple effect…………………….

Nigerians that shop at Shoprite shop there like the mall has always being there since the very creation of the country, they have every  and anything at affordable prices, and the
design and structure of the whole mall encourage other shops to be opened in the mall.

They bank our money with their bank “Stanbic bank”, they enable Nigerians to talk from wherever they are in the country at anytime with MTN, they provide the nation with what to watch when they turn on the T.V with Dstv.

All these companies and more also employ a great number of Nigerians
Can South Africa hold Nigeria to ransom as the power and number of their companies increase each day in the country?

I wonder what we Nigerians are looking at as South Africans are setting up our country for us…..

Nigerian Accent is it Worth HAVING??!!!

NIGERIAN ACCENT IS IT WORTH HAVING?!

The Nigerian Accent is listed the fifth most

sexiest accent, in the world, but it’s so sad so

many Nigerians do not acknowledge the fact

that the accent is worth having.

Well I never knew we had an accent until I heard a white woman being interviewed on the NEWS I can’t really recall the T.V station and the white woman spoke like a Nigerian in proper Nigerian accent no strange tone nation was found at all, one will wonder if she was Nigerian. I mean it was as if she has a whole generation down here in Nigeria like every other ‘’Naija”. I screamed immediately she finished speaking that this has woman got a Nigerian accent. It just never occurred to me that there was one? Well how would it ever occur to me, when the most wanted presenters in Nigeria are using funny accents you don’t regularly hear every day, the choir in church will have to use some kind of foreign accent to deliver their special number, and presenters keep on speaking in accents so strange you will wonder if they are speaking in tongues.

I know many of us would have come across an American soap or movies were someone has to portray a Nigerian and the person is just saying something we can’t identify with. It’s really annoying when some Hollywood actor is speaking pidgeon English sounding like a dork. We know Hollywood for their humungous budget they spend on movies yet can’t cast someone who can speak proper Yoruba or make the big actor or actress learn Nigerian accent. I have not seen any of them get it properly.

As the saying goes ‘’when in Rome act like the Romans do”, when young Nigerians leave the country to some foreign land where everything they do is different from how we do things around here, they tend to do what everyone is doing to belong, so the native accent disappears and the foreign one comes in, when they come back to the home land, they never lose the foreign way of speaking, even when they speak their traditional language, they speak it in such a funny manner. There is nothing bad that could possibly happen to anyone of us when we travel to any foreign nation and we still maintain our GOD given NIGERIAN ACCENT!!! You’re just being really patriotic when you keep your accent, because when you go white like Michael Jackson it’s really hard to come back, ‘’Naija accent hard to get o!!”

I remember the phonics classes in primary and secondary school, when the teachers tried to teach us the proper way of pronunciation they end up sounding like, someone that has half of his tongue cut off. I remember a particular day when my class teacher Mr. Ossai was teaching us phonics, he had been taught the proper way words should be pronounced, so a class was organized and he started teaching us. Mr. Vincent and a supervisor who probably taught him was in the class, as he was his teaching, he just burst into laughter, and it was funny!! He probably too didn’t get it why do we have to sound so funny to pronounce English the right way? Check the Ghanaians out they don’t have to sound funny to pronounce the words in English properly yet they still rock the English language, it’s said that they are one of the only nations that speak English very well, well according to the way the dictionary says words should actually be pronounced.

Well to everyone out there wondering how the Nigerian accent sounds like, it sounds actually different from every Nigerian language. We have over a 100 languages in this country and every one of us have a different way of speaking English. As long as your traditional language is Nigerian and you speak English and sound funny what the heck!! You’re speaking English the Nigerian way, which is the Nigerian accent, even if you sound a lot like this “I dey craz” like the Hausas do. Well for anyone still wondering how the Nigerian accent still sounds without any traditional influence listen to the President of the Republic of Nigeria the way he sounds is the way the Nigerian accent sounds!! O SE!

WAR HORSE

 WAR HORSE

Steven Spielberg directed a great story but not a great movie as everyone makes it to be……

Albert Narracott (Jeremy Irvine) is a young chap that watched the birth of a foal in Devon England, since the birth of the horse Albert has been monitoring the horse and trying to get in contact with it.

Ted Albert’s Father goes to a horse Auctioning, and buys the horse, he was young and untrained, not capable to really do much his friend warned him, that he needed a plough horse for the farm. Bringing home the horse the son is excited and the mother unpleased at Ted’s decision to buy an animal that can’t be used on the farm, but Albert convinces his mother he would break him in.

Ted was just begging his way through rent, due to the long period of time it took the horse to be trained. Finally the horse is trained, and he works on the farm and helps with production, but there was bad rain that destroyed the crops on the farm.
Ted sells Joey to Captain Nicholls (Tom Hiddleston) a Calvary officer, he gets trained and he is ready for war.

Captain Nicholls was killed in the attack of the Germans, and Joey was used to pull ambulance used to convey injured soldiers by Private Michael Schröder (Leonard Carow), who had a brother Private Gunther Schröder (David Kross), that was fourteen.

Michael tried to run away with his brother, using Joey and Topthorn, a horse Joey got attached to when he just got into Calvary camp. They first ran off to a farm, to later leave for Italy the next day, but they were found by their own soldiers, and they were executed for desertion by  firing squad

A girl with brittle bones Emilie (Celine Buckens) who lives with her Grandfather (Niels Arestrup ) on the farm, found the horses, and took care of them. They were later found by the Army, as Emile was riding Joey, they were taken from them and used to pull Artillery

A German soldier taking care of the horses pays special attention to them, but at the end Joey’s friend Topthorn dies, Joey later runs away to no man’s land running away from being attacked , finding himself between the trenches of the British and the German’s. He was wrapped around with barbed wires and was later rescued by a German and a British Soldier coming out of their trenches, they flip a coin deciding who gets him; the British Soldier Colin got Joey.

Albert went blind in the war due to the gas that was released in the trench of the opposition in the war, he learns that a miracle horse survived the war, as the horse was about to get shot due to the injuries it incurred, Albert makes the owl noise he used to raise Joey, the noise catches Joey’s attention and he runs to Albert, and he gets to keep the horse after explaining that, the horse was his by telling of the markings on the horse

In keeping Joey, Albert had to win in biding Joey out of an auction because, only officers’ horses were transported back home while the rest are auctioned off. The soldiers gathered up money to help Albert, but someone already out bids them to 100 pounds, Emile’s Grandfather.

Albert begs for him but Emile’s Grandfather says it’s all he has left of Emile, as they leave , Joey runs back to Albert,  as he sees this, he returns the horse back to Albert, saying its what Emile would have wanted.
Albert returns home with the horse………

                   My thoughts
It’s a story about a horse “Joey” been handed around to different kinds of people, doing different kinds of jobs, in different of places, and finally finding his second but first true and official owner.

Steven Spielberg directed a great story, not a great movie; it was just a horse that just happened to move or to be moved by someone or itself. Joey had different owners, but destiny got him back to his true owner.

               Virtues of the movie
There are different ways to be brave
You can be brave enough to refuse to be proud about the good you have done in life like Ted Narracott

Or You can Fly over war without looking down it will be called “being brave”….any how you choose to be brave but don’t judge any man on not being brave, everyone has their own way of displaying the act of bravery..

The Act of Famzing

                          The Act of Famzing

Walking up to a girl is hard, so methods are created to ease the approach. Punch lines are developed like, “What is GOD doing right now? He probably must be sleeping; I wonder why he would let a precious gem like you out of his sight tonight? Some girls would trip for that kind of approach, but most girls have had enough.

The boys have done their research and they found a style that seems to work, “Famzing”. It’s the act of approaching chicks in a manner one would approach an old friend. It makes whoever that is approached to immediately feel comfortable. One does not have to bother about subjects to bring up during the conversation, because the girl that caught the “famzing virus” will also be bringing up stuffs.

There was this chick that caught my eyes; I was tired of the regular approach, what is your name? What are you into? Or what do you really like doing? The regular blah, blah, blah, got me sick. So I took to famzing. Did it work? Oh Yeah! She did the talking must times, I just have to ask some questions, and I don’t have to bother myself how to keep her interested.
Famzing doesn’t let anyone really know anything about each other, I learnt her name when someone called her from a distance, and she learnt mine when she wanted to store my phone number. The peril of famzing is that you end up knowing little or nothing of each other.
We always talked about life situations and happenings, and it’s our different contribution that kept the discussions lively, we both had different views of life.
We got closer with each time we met, I found out that she was the kind of girl I would like to put the ring on her index finger, as I was about to ask out her after about 5 months of famzing, at that particular moment in time, another topic came up, and she was talking about how hard working guys are meant to be, and I decided to ask her, do you think am hardworking?
The whole world came to a pause for me with her direct answer, I don’t know you and I don’t know anything about you!!! Why didn’t I see this coming? Why did I let this famzing thingy go too far?
In all I lost her, as I was planning on using the valentine atmosphere, different things came up in our lives we had to move to different ends of the world.
Famzing makes people just friends, instead of more than friends if not handled well. The girl or even guy will not have anything to think about you (the real you), learn and know how to drop the famzing act, six months people use to court, I used it to Famz! Well she’s in town for Valentine at least we have that to share before we go our separate ways.

Joseph Ability

The Joseph Ability
Joseph, son of Israel (Jacob) and Rachel lived in the land of Canaan with eleven brothers. He was Rachel's firstborn and Israel's eleventh son. Of all the sons, Joseph was loved by his father the most. Israel even arrayed Joseph with a "long coat of many colors". Israel's favoritism toward Joseph caused his half brothers to hate him, and when Joseph was seventeen old he had two dreams that made his brothers plot his demise. In the first dream, Joseph and his brothers gathered bundles of grain. Then, all of the grain bundles that had been prepared by the brothers gathered around Joseph's bundle and bowed down to it. In the second dream, the sun (father), the moon (mother) and eleven stars (brothers) bowed down to Joseph himself. When he told these two dreams to his brothers, they despised him for the implications that the family would be bowing down to Joseph. They became jealous that their father would even ponder over Joseph's words concerning these dreams. (Genesis 37:1-11)
The ability
This young teenager had the ability to turn wood to paper from paper to money, everybody that was his boss easily noticed this, as young as he was his father sent him to search for his older brothers alone, his father loved him so much, trusted him and believed that he could do adult duties like search for his brothers kilometers away from home which included, having dangerous encounters on the way. No matter how much we love someone or our parents love us they cannot entrust some duties to us because they believe we will falter. Joseph must have being getting all duties assigned to him well done, which proves his ability to carryout harder task and be trusted with them… Can you be trusted with small tasks from there to bigger tasks…..?
At Potiphar’s Crib
This young teen has just been sold by the last people he would never think that would sell him, is now going through emotional depression, he is shocked, bewildered at what is brothers have done to him, he just lost his mom when she was giving birth to his younger brother, now he has lost his whole family in a twinkle of an eye. Instead of getting comfort and tender loving care from somebody, he got the job of a no class citizen, he did not let his emotional stress affect his approach to work for his master, instead he worked hard at his assigned post, and he did not complain. He did his job well and he was promoted, to handle higher tasks, he did well and he was made to handle the position of the guy that supervises everyone, he did his so well and he became attractive……………..
                                                                              Tame that Hormone
Joseph probably learnt how to control his hormones when he learnt what happened to his sister Dinah, (she was raped by her supposed boyfriend, the boy his family and friends were killed by Simon and Levi), so when Potiphar’s wife tempted him, he had flash backs about Dinah, he remembered that he was a child of God, and he cannot afford to do anything wrong, he just got promoted and besides he has being a good boy he got sold what will probably happen if he started acting badly………………………….
                                                                                 The no reason experience
“This is what I get for being a good boy only GOD knows what I will get if I was a bad boy geezz”
Joseph got demoted from a no citizen, to a prisoner geezz!! Life really got complicated for Joseph, “I lost my mum, am trying to adjust to the fact of just having a step-mom and no real mom, I loose my whole family in a flash for no reason, I get a good job in an officer’s house, the officer’s wife starts coming unto me, geezz I never knew I was that good looking, I avoided her now I get locked-up for good behavior, but they claim I tried to rape her, when she even assaulted me oh my! I need a lawyer!
After Joseph finished thinking to himself he found a group of people ‘the for no-reason club’, they were sent to prison for no reason, one a butler and the other baker, they had bad dreams Joseph asked them about it interpreted it for them, one was going to be restored to the palace the other was going to be evicted from planet earth forcefully, in three days. Joseph quickly told the butler that he should remember him when he is restored.
Three days past, three months, Joseph was still in prison but he handled every little job that was given him well, he got promoted to head of prison operations……..

The Power of the Under Dog

The Power of the Under Dog

There was a supposed story that one night President Obama and his wife Michelle decided to do something out of routine and go for a casual dinner at a restaurant that wasn't too luxurious. When they were seated, the owner of the restaurant asked the President's Secret Service if he could please speak to the First Lady in private. They obliged and Michelle had a conversation with the owner.

Following this conversation President Obama asked Michelle, "Why was he so interested in talking to you?" She mentioned that in her teenage years, he had been madly in love with her. President Obama then said, "So if you had married him, you would now be the owner of this lovely restaurant," to which Michelle responded, "No. If I had married him, he would now be the President
We all know the super stars, but we don’t know their managers  and publicist, we all know the great sports men and women but we tend to forget the names of their coaches after some time, we all know the record breakers but we don’t know the people who kept them in line. We always admire the beauty of the cake and never the utensils that were used to make them……….
Who else would play the role of telling Mohammed Ali the right way to throw punches and dodge them? And keep on encouraging him to keep on going, to keep on pushing that there is a break through right out the door? Who else will carry him on than his under dogs? There was always a particular time when the greats couldn’t keep on going, there were some times they just wanted to quit, they were just swerving on the wrong part. But there was that wife that put them on the right part, there was that Personal Assistant that explained the repercussion of the next action. There has to be that person looking for a way the Singer can sell more records, there has to be that person that helps the scientist not to quit on the seemingly research, what life will be like if there was no one to tell anyone that there will be light right out the tunnel one day.
For us humans we play the underdog for one person or the other, we must learn to be patient, ready to take insults from our Supervisors or our friends, because it isn’t easy being everyone’s hero, because there are always great expectation wanted from them by the world, and any mistake blows of criticism will hit hard. One has to be humble, don’t be envious of the celebrities, most celebrities are always thankful to some people because they know they couldn’t be where they are right now without you, because you were there to help them birth their dreams amidst all impossibilities and difficulties to carry on when no positive result was showing up, when the divorce hit hard on them you where the shoulder to lean on, you pulled them through the bad situations and made them reach their destination. When you play the background guy you are able to view your trainee the way they cannot see themselves, they can’t view their flaws themselves, you can see were they are getting it wrong and you help them pull through to get it right “no man is an island”. The President can’t rule on his own he needs his advisers to give some new ideas to get the nation to the next level, he may not acknowledge his advisers when people are praising  him “a job well done”, but who cares? What is on your mind is getting the job done, you see the task ahead of them and you know they can’t carry on by themselves and you know the best turn the whole working process should take.  In Basketball there is a training where a person throws the ball to a player and the players makes a basket, the result of the basket is dependent on the on how the player makes the basket and also how the ball was given to him, you work hard for someone to make the basket and the whole result a times just depends on your pass

There is a saying that goes that “behind every great man there is a woman”, but right here “behind every great man there is a person(s) pushing the buttons to make everything work out”, the guy that found Justin Beiber said in his movie “Never say never” that” “we are comfortable being the underdog  as far as we make everything happen”  in all you do try  your best in being the underdog because without you there is no them.
THE ULTIMATE SATISFACTION OF AN UNDERDOG IS THE SUCCESSFUL REALIZATION OF DREAMS OF THEIR TRAINEE

Understanding #OCCUPYNIGERIA

                                    Understanding #OCCUPYNIGERIA
Several things have occupied Nigeria over the years that have being bad. For instance corruption, poor infrastructure, injustice (making useless of the human rights), high mortality rate between mother and child during delivery. But we have not addressed all these things by taking drastic actions to tell the Government that what they are doing is wrong and we can’t take it.

The removal of subsidy on petrol is something we cannot get by, we cannot afford to over look the senseless action by the Government on the masses. This action will affect us in every areas of our lives in which we cannot keep up with own very existence, that is why we Nigerians have decided to fight back, with all we can, we are not going to back down on what we want, that is the former Price of Petrol which is “N65” which is now “N141” which is ridiculous, a 120% increase!!!!

The effects of this action are on the blog titled “Ten things that will happen if we let Deregulation Of                      Petrol stay”

You can make searches on #occupynigeria on twitter, Facebook, Google, CNN and Wikipedia , to support this fight please Tweet and Retweet tweets that contain #occupyNigeria and vote for #occupyNigeria on CNN ireport so the world can get what we are fighting for!!

Ten Things that will happen IF WE LET DEREGULATION STAY

Ten things that will happen IF WE LET DEREGULATION     OF PETROL STAY
1 Everyone will need more money, which will lead to Robbery which will lead to high Crime Rate

Death toll due to robbery will increase

3    Inflation will increase

4 There will be lack of education due to the high price of the service (High drop out rate)

The price of all product and services will be on the rise

Economic collapse ==Þ people can’t afford the high price of goods and services ==Þ        Therefore industries will fold-up

Crash-out of industries will lead to increase of Unemployment

Health care packages will not be affordable by everyone ( Increase IN Mortality Rate)

There will be little or no improvement in the agricultural sector which will affect us badly.

10  In all the hardship of the citizens of Nigeria will greatly increase
Let’s spread this around to make people in public office realize the ripple effect of this action.
