Tourist getting Lost? #TravelDiary

.
.
Are you even a tourist if you don’t get lost?! That’s the beauty of traveling, trying to find your way to where you want and as you do,  you find other exciting things in your part..

I was done with Time Square, I wanted to hit the Wall Street area, so I asked for directions on which train to take. Some lady was so nice to me and told me to follow her that she was taking the same train heading to where I was going. As the train kept going I heard “the next stop will be at Brooklyn”. I decided to get off from that stop, that I would continue the journey later.. So I walked the Famous  Brooklyn Bridge πŸŒ‰ for about an hour or  more! Because I had to make stops and ask random people to take my photos and videos, yes videos! At the end of the Bridge I decided to find my way back to the train station and continue my journey to Wall Street and Charging Bull! Someone told me there was a station on the other end of the Bridge I came from! **There must be another way out of this place, I can’t walk for another hour πŸ˜’πŸ™„** I played with the GPS on my phone  to find the closest station and I found one, but I needed to connect with another train at a particular stop!

I “Level Up” .

A family of mine happened to be in New Jersey for a while and was leaving the same weekend to Nigeria as  a buddy of mine too was leaving! **He was in New York**  I wanted to see them both, the Grace to afford the flight and time to see them was just so amazing 😭! GOD showed up I could make time to meet them both! But most especially my friend!

Who do you want to be?

Growing up as kids, people will ask  what do you want to be when you grow up? There is this spark of joy in our eyes that has been relayed to us by the generation ahead of us, making us feel like choosing a certain career path will bring us some kind of joy! So we are excited as kids to pick certain ways that our lives will journey on! Then as we grow up you begin to realize that its not what we want to become that’s important but who we want to be! Because who we are is what we will live with for the rest of our lives not what! The loving, kind, and exceptional person is who we sleep with at night, the healthy lifestyle we have attained is who we live with as we get older. Our faith we have built in JESUS over the years, is what we have to use to keep us going to till our final breath!
